Disappointing customer of 27 years Loyalty with MTN

Its really so diappointing that I must now result to social media and hopefully I will get MTN' attention I have been an MTN customer for 27 years ...i have an issue that needs sorting out wth my uogrades and after visinting 2 MTN stores La Lucia and Durban North at Pick n Pay and logging 6 Different complaints no has had tge decency to pick up the.phone and actually phone me to find out how can I be assisted
