Disappointing companies with empty promises

Have a contract with MTN and Mondo, paid first and second installment till now my credit report is not updated, does not even show i am paying, the ITC companies said MTN should update my report immediately after deducting first installment, so disappointed as i wanted to improve my score by taking a phone contract
