Disappointing and pathetic service

The service agents are extremely rude and unhelpful. I've been trying to get through to customer service to assist with a manual delivery however the agents just rudely transfer me without hearing me out or drop the call on me and refuse to help me in my query yet when you dial customer care it asks you to dail the same number you initially dialled. At this point I'm extremely frustrated with the service from these so called champion service agents. I've even requested to speak to a manager with no luck. The level of service is pathetic and rather disappointing.
