Disappointing and pathetic service

Mtn clearly does not want our business. We are wanting to open a new contract with them as we have just ported from Vodacom. Credit vetting has not been approved due to lack of credit on our name. There is nobody to speak to, to get a straight answer and to rectify the problem.
