Disappointed yet again
<p>Please take this to heart before getting an MTN contract. These guys are in it to make sure you can't get out. I have been a contract customer with them for years now. I can't afford the data and asked to cancel the contract. They told me that there would be penalties so I waited until it was finished. Now they are keeping up with so much paperwork that it's almost impossible to cancel. Please think twice before signing a contract with MTN.</p>

As per our record we note that the matter has been resolved the number was migrated to prepaid on the 2016-05-17.
