Disappointed with the service I got from MTN

I am very disappointed with the service I got from mtn ,I had a contract with them for two years ,now I want to cancel ,they insisted that i do an upgrade ,its been 7 days now , I have to call everyday while they keep on telling me stories ,They keep on transferring me to different departments ,what so difficult about cancelling, tomorrow they want to call and say I owe the millions
