Disappointed with service

My 8 gig data bundle package was renewed on the 12th of November today 14th I'm notified the my data is already deleted yet I've mostly only been using there bundles which is for my apple music and YouTube and video which is for dstv now instead of my those bundles being depleted you have depleted my normal data bundle it's impossible for me to depleted this bundle because I have home wifi I'm definitely not happy and your twitter help desk tell me im surfing other sites
