Disappointed with MTN !!

I am so disappointed,I've been calling MTN the whole day to cancel my router contract that is ending today ,Each line was a dead end,suddenly they deduct the money now ,no call for renewal, nothing but I can't seem to be assisted. Why are service providers like this ?this is unacceptable
