Disappointed with MTN

I have a new data contract with MTN but the first three days MTN is already showing me incompetence that makes me want to cancel this contract. How do you explain an agent forgetting to RICA my Sim and I had to stay 3 days and counting without my Sim being activated. Had I not made a call I would still be unaware that the Sim has not been RICAed. To think I needed this Sim for work purposes but I am still behind with my work
