Disappointed with MTN

I'm a customer of MTN for years. I've upgraded end of 2022 at the MTN Harvest Place Mall in Kempton Park. I specifically asked the lady to limit my account to the package I took as I will top up when needed only to find out this has not been done and a lot of subscriptions went off against my account.
