Disappointed with Mtn

I recently bought Mtn locked ZTE lte router so that I can work from home without worrying about the network connectivity. Biggest mistake of my life, network is so bad, called MTN about 500 times and they still can't assist. Tower in my area is always down, call center agents are so rude. I'm disappointed with Mtn as a whole
