Disappointed with MTN and DSV , Worst Service!!!!!

Good day ,

I have decided to do an upgrade with MTN on the 22 October 2021. I was told the application has been processed and approved, and the courier company DSV will be intouch with me to deliver my device. DSV called me on the 24th October to confirm the colour of the device and that it will be sent to my address the same week of the 30th October. That week passed and I didn't receive my device.

I called MTN the following week on the 2nd of November and i was told that the courier takes 7 working days to deliver, so since the 1st November was a public holiday, I should have it not later than Monday,8th November and they will call me to confirm if it has arrived. My device didnt arrive.

I called MTN on Tuesday ,9th November to follow up my order, I was told I must wait its coming and they transferred me to DSV. DSV told me they are still waiting for stock , however I will receive it before the week ends. I still have not received my device. Today is the 15th of November, 15 working days later and I have NOT received a call from MTN or DSV to update me on what is going on. and my device hasn't arrived.

I have been a loyal customer to MTN and I don't know if i will receive my device or not as I'm tired of following up with them. I thought online application should be more convenient and making our lives easier.
