Disappointed with MTN

I am soo disappointed with MTN South Africa. I have been calling customer care since this morning. I have spoken to about 15 agents. My problem is not solves. They keep dropping calls and promising to call back including asking supervisors to call me back and not even one supervisor has called back. This is the second time something like this is happening. MTN is a big international company but those people working at customer care are running this like a ****a shop. Is there anyone working at MTN who can give me a direct number of someone who can help???
