Pathetic services
I took a contract via a Mtn dealer for an S9 plus with smart watch over the phone. They called me from an ********** and said they calling on behalf of Mtn they approved me for the deal. I received confirmation mail from Mtn and was told the phone would be couriered to me via DSV. They delivered but the phone only no watch. I tried to call them and send emails cos the contract deal was for phone and watch and the amount payable is for both not phone only as the I was quoted the fone only was a cheaper deal. I confirmed with the salesman over the deal. The call was recorded. So can anyone please call me regarding this matter as I need the deal I was promised.
