Disappointed On Service Delivery

I am very disappointed at the moment for the service I have got on my claim. I have filed for the claim and have had no response, after having called to follow up, your call centre agent has the nerve to drop my call at the request of speaking to your claim authorisation personnel. I have paid for the insurance without fail for a good 4 years to date with no claim, the least I expect is a smooth and speedy service. Ticket No: 565828.
