Disappointed on MTN insurance
I am so disappointed on MTN insurance when you join such insurances they do not explain everything but when you claim everything that was not explained pops up. I got an mtn contract with mtn and everything went smoothly then i lost my phone in a short period of time not cause i wanted to but because unexpected events happen. I sent out my claim the pinnacle market claim advisors were helpful but the underwriters after a week they tell me my claim has been declined because my phone was left unattended but none of my documents stated that yes we will insure your phone but if left unattended we will not pay so i was meant to lie about how my phone got lost?
I want to cancel my contract with this mtn insurance because they are useless..why must i pay an insurance that does insure me. Now I will carry on paying my contract phone i do not have because the stupid so called insurance won't pay out
