Disappointed mtn user

MTN is a cruel and disappointing service provider, on the 25 someone did a sim swap on my sim card and my phone just lost service I lost 2660 from my bank account and they just said sorry, how does someone request a sim swap and it’s not me? If I had lost my phone and requested a sim swap I wouldn’t get it if I didn’t know all the answers to the security questions but apparently *****sters can and all they can say is their sorry! They can add my number to the watchlist why don’t they tell us about the watchlist before ***** happens… IM VERY DISAPPOINTED
