DISAPPOINTED LOYAL CUSTOMER

<p>I need help with a cellphone provider.....I bought a cellphone (Samsung Galaxy Note 4)last year August(still under warranty) with MTN ON Contract at MTN Jubilee Mall in Hammanskraal..... Everything was working fine with the phone until last month in January when one morning my battery was flat I put my phone on the charger as usual and immediately it fumes of smoke came from the charging point where the charger is connected to the phone then instantly I removed it to prevent further damage....I then switched it off and packed it back and took where I bought it....they sent me to MTN Pretoria in the cbd square because it was late and it had to be ne booked in before 4pm as they said and also because it's closer to work.....I got to the store days after and a rude technician checked it and said I will probably pay for the damages I asked him to write down my statement as to what happened and he did aggressively then days later I called the MTN repair shop and they told me that it was liquid damaged and I told them I ddnt spill any liquid over the phone and they rep**** telling me that it might have been MOISTURE FROM THE ATMOSPHERE and they have returned the phone back to MTN...... then I called the MTN in Pretoria where I handed the phone and they told me it was beyond repair and I must come and take it....and I'm still paying every month for the phone and now I do not know how to go about this matter please help I have been a loyal customer to MTN for the past 5 years buying cellphones on contract through them......Costance Mahlangu (Pretoria Hammanskraal)</p>
