Disappointed increase from mtn

I am so disappointed with MTn ,I'm a new client for a month to month contract home router that I signed about last week. To my surprise today it has increased and that was without my knowledge.

No communication was sent out to me not even email.

I am so disappointed by the lack of communication MTN has. How do I cancel my contract once I have paid?
