Disappointed Inactivite Sim

Good day I have been waiting since Friday. I need my Sim card activated. Friday I was told 24 hours and now you fb department telling me I need to call your activation department to have my contract activated but I signed everything and gave my documents. I need this up by 8am.

I have deadlines to meet at 10 am.

If not please proceed with the cancelation because I'm not calling anyone. You offered me a service, I accepted but you can't deliver.
