I'm truly disappointed in mtn. I could not even be assisted with a forensic report since someone has done a fradualent Simswap on my name in order to ***** money from my bank account. I have a feeling that it must have been someone in the company itself and therefore I am highly disappointed. Unathi from idols SA went through a similar thing with 11k gone.
