Disappointed in the service received!!!! ¡!!!

I have been calling in since from last month... Mtn just stopped debiting from account without any reason. Now my account is handed over u called several departments and not getting feedback. When I call they keep giving me new references number... All I was is a settlement amount so I can close off this account. Why am I not getting the assistance I need
