DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED

I would like te report the worst service I got from MTN Springs Mall!!!

I opend my contract in March as I was away with work most of the conversations I had was over the phone if I can just add the people over the phone is much more professional then the in store people. I got my new phone my contact was up and running once again thank you for the friendly service I received over the phone. As I explained to the lady I am away with work and would like to do a swim swap but will be unable to go inn store. The friendly lady said I can pop in any time they will assist me.

Today I went in hoping I will recive the friendly service like I did the whole time. Explaining the issues and that all I want is just a sim swap the rudest lady said she cant help me at all with a sim swap if its not broken or ******. I mean realy not even trying to say lets see if we can make a plan maybe we can upgrade your phone to a dual sim nothing not even when I said so the only thing I can do is to cancel my contract. Yes that might be the best really MTN you want to lose customers over a easy sim swap what a big disappointment.
