Disappointed in Mtn insurance

I logged an insurance claim with mtn on the 2 February up until now its been in progress, i mean its 19 days past,with no phone to use, cant get hold of some contacts on the sim card and other accounts.... They literally left me in the desert.. Im really disappointed in their service, im cancelling my insurance with them after this ordeal...
