Disappointed in MTN😢

I have now been 9 days without my LTE. Cannot receive or make calls, send or receive sms’s or use my data. I am paying for a service which I am not receiving. I have been to 3 MTN stores now, with no luck. Literally NOBODY knows what is wrong with my phone! A “ticket” was apparently opened for my query. But nobody has even bothered to help me, and the ticket have now been closed since, without ANY response from MTN. I am now desperate and despondent,with nowhere to go from here. I will then now, stop my contract with MTN, and no choice but to loose my number that I have had for 25 years. DISAPPOINTED….🥲
