Disappointed in MTN

In 20 years of being a customer of MTN have I never been so disappointed in them. It’s been almost 3weeks with very little signal to none at all in our area. I’ve reported it a number of times and received only two responses. ‘ the site is down and the technicians are working on it.’ For 3 weeks! It’s unacceptable!
