DISAPPOINTED IN MTN

I'm soo disappointed in MTN. I ordered a month-to-month WiFi on the 8th of January they came to deliver the following day. Their biometric failed and was told they would deliver again within 2 days and do a manual verification. I still haven't heard from them till today (4 February). They made me pay for 2 months for WiFi I'm not using. When I call them I'm told their delivery company DSV cancelled my order, of which makes no sense. Help me expose them. I paid R524 for this
