Disappointed in MTN

I am truly disappointed with MTN , as a new customer I have no words !!!

I did a online contact , DSV came toe deliver & of-course my biometrics doesn't want to verify!!!

So DSV cant deliver the phone its now 3 days that I am on the customer care line tying to get hold of someone to get information still nothing !!!!!!!!

Useless as can be !!!!!!!!!!!
