DISAPPOINTED IN MTN AND SHAPIRO ATTORNEYS

I am beyond being disappointed and upset with MTN. I have been getting calls from Shapiro Attorneys stating that my account has been handed over to them due to none payment. After calling MTN to confirm with them countless times since I don’t have any existing contract with them, it was confirmed that there’s nothing that shows in their records, except that the contract I had with them has long being closed and I don’t owe them anything.

I am not sure who is not being honest between MTN and the attorneys they’ve handed me over to. Please bear in mind that the supposed outstanding amount ruins my credit score and blocks me from applying for anything. I demand that this be looked into and fixed urgently!
