Disappointed in MTN

I have been trying to complete my upgrade online at MTN online as they have exclusive online deals. They have the Samsung A34 for R259 for 36 months I initially tried to complete it online but the system kicked me out and said I must go to the store. Get to the store and they can't help as they don't have the same deal.This is ridiculous I just called MTN online and they can't assist me either. They say the online shop is blocking me from completing the deal as it picks up other requests. I tried to complete my application more than once because it kept throwing me out and hence they have blocked me from proceeding with the deal . I understand security but then call me and verify and validate a 100 things and assist me.

This is beyond frustrating I want to do business with you but you don't want to do business with me. Someone please help because all I want is the deal that reflects online Samsung A34 R259 for 36months.
