Disappointed in MTN

I haven't had a great experience at all with MTN and I'm actually disappointed to be honest. I have been calling countless times regarding my contract upgrade I've been passed from pillar to post and being told that they don't have stock the next thing I'm being told that my up grade was cancelled. I honestly don't know what to do next. I won't recommend anybody to take a contract with MTN because of their incompetence.
