disappointed in mtn

very disappointed in mtn after I emailed my documents for the contract consultant said over the phone said I been approved qualify for i get told I was declined unacceptable service i am not even given a proper chance I can afford the contract and why would I be given empty promises by the agent I really was looking forward to getting the device i cant believe mtn very unhappy make this right give me what I was promised
