Disappointed in MTN

I am not happy with the service, they have been charging me for a phone that I on longer have for two months. I am extremely disappointed in there way they are conducting there business. How do you charge a customer for a contract when they have cancelled it and they don’t have the product. I am also disappointed in the in the third party which lie to customers and tell them that they should return the product if they not happy with it and yet still collude with network providers to rob customers. What they doing is absolutely wrong.
