Disappointed in MTN

First of all I've been a loyal mtn customer for more than 10 years but their service is just not the right one, it's as if they just hire. I experienced a very bad situation on the 9th of August bought R80 airtime but there was no airtime in my phone, called mtn and they told me to give them 24hr before I get my airtime back. I'm supposed to have received my monthly data and minutes but dololo, what the hell is going on with MTN I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am disappointed in MTN
