Disappointed in MTN

<p>Is this how MTN treat their loyal customers I wrote a review about them they answered making me feel like a stupid telling me that I don't have contract with them while am still paying for it I rep**** them privately giving them my détails but know they ignoring my reply.......... I wrote about the Samsung that caught fire while I was charging with the original charger they don't want to fix it and it's still under warranty is not even my fault that the phone caught fire it just started burning on its own on the charging point </p>
