Disappointed in MTN!!!

Upgraded online. Have not heard anything from mtn at all except getting my order number. Ive been on the phone for 2 days now, just to find out they have been trying to contact me for delivery on a number I do not have on contract with them for years now.. No other number, yet, I have 2 contract numbers with them. I had to phone another department to change my details.. Then, blocked, so, I had to wait 24hours. Phoned after 24 hours, now i need to go to a store.. We do not have one where I live. Then, after a few hours i phoned again, to hear that i have to wait 72hours. Then, when thats sorted, i will have to phone the DSV department to arrange delivery. Now what.. If I new what was waiting for me, I would have canceled my contract and moved to another service provider. Dont even have signal when its loadshedding anyways!!
