Disappointed in lack of service!

We have an issue with our wifi. We cannot do simple things such as open attachments, load mails or even make calls. I have called the coverage department 12 times since the 4th January and noone has called me back, including the managers that the agents state they have left messages for. They are constantly in meetings and customers can never speak to them. I have been told that the tower has a problem. the next call i am told its fixed but the problem still remains and then the next call the tower has a problem again. Our issue is forever getting escalated yet nothing happens. Very sad how we pay for a service we cant utilize and MTN still expects us to pay for it at the end of the month. I had absolutely no signal for over 4 hours today and could not do my work. My income is being affected because I work from home and cannot even load my mails. MTN please do your job and fix this forever broken tower!
