Disappointed

I went to MTN Eastgate to do Sim swap and was asked to go do affidavit which I did and was to to wait 2 to 24 hours. After 24hours when I switch my phone on the last digit ois wrong. I drove back and the lady who help me with Sim swap said I should go to another MTN outlet and do it again. She did not even tried to help all she did was check if she put the number right and it was wrong. And I went to Bedford center also the lady told me to go back to Eastgate cause they made the mistake. My frastration is that I don't help from MTN.
