Disappointed 😞

I have app**** for a contract through Mondo and it was approved The delivery was done by DSV on the 2rd of April ,the biometric things failed so I called to arrange for a manual delivery .since from then I have been calling without getting any assistance call centre agent a sending from pillar to post without no clear answers I'm truly disappointed
