Disappointed

I wonder how MTN run its business, my sister has requested a settlement letter but till today nothing and the other settlement letters she got from other creditors has expired. She is not getting any joy. I am so disappointed with how big businesses like MTN treat their customers. I think they like harassing people with their debt collection processes, she is trying to fix her life pay her debts and move on but MTN is refusing I see this as refusing how can a customer struggle to get assistance for months like this? DO BETTER MTN DO BETTER. if she does not pay, you will be handing her over messing up her credit profile hae soka this is exhausting. She desperately needs this settlement letter.
