Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged a complaint and was told that the branch needed to send the contract for the data to be loaded, the contract was sent and still no data and no response from MTN.....This data is now long overdue....I don't understand why I always have to have issues when I upgrade...It's been about 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the promo data of 40Gb on both the numbers I upgraded on....This is just ridiculous....These promo data's are usually only valid for a month and it is already 2 weeks in, I just want was agreed to and what you advertise is that so hard to do...numbers *** and ***....All my cell contracts are with MTN and with every upgrade there is an issue...PLEASE CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT ALREADY.....THIS SERVICE IS SHOCKING.....Call centre says call the branch, branch says call the call centre....WHICH IS IT!!!!!. If it wasn't so impossible to change service providers I probably would have moved to another one by now.....reference ***
