Disappointed

I am really really disappointed in MTN I took out a new contract last week friday after confirming everything with the lady she sended me Cover page were the monthly fee is not the same as we agreed on

When we spoke she said she has stock and delivery details will be shared soon I still haven’t got anything after phoning multiple times one lady answered asked my details and then said there is no stock available I can change the contract to another phone but the monthly fee will be higher and there is stock and delivery will take place this week then after I told her the lady I spoke to the first time said there is stock.

I have phoned multiple times today with no response back

I am really regretting this new Contract I took out😡
