Disappointed

I wish I went ahead with Vodacom instead of MTN , I took a double phone contract on the 22nd of Dec now I got an invoice saying il be billed my monthly fee on the 31st of Dec , which I don’t understand how cause I only have phones in my possession for 8days, what happened to pro rata ? On top of it my sims are not activated.
