Disappointed customer

Mtn has owed me a refund since October 2025 due to a contract being cancelled in my favour. I was mislead by a consultant. To date I have had no lick with my refund. Each time I am put through to a new consultant and given a new case number. The final consultant asked me to send through the relevant documentation in order to process the refund I have sent through these documents 3 times now with no luck and no feedback.
