Disappointed customer

I am not pleased with the service I received from Mondo FINANCIAL which I believe does online sales for MTN SA, I placed a order for home internet router on the 21st of February 2024 did the payment on the same day as requested by the agent vis their link. She did promise to say delivery would take max 7 working days...Till this day 14/03/2024 I have not received my order as yet after several attempts to call and follow up I am always told my order is set as priority but it does not seem that way. I wish someone would give me a clear explanation as too where is my order and why it hasn't been delivered till today. I am not happy at all. I would really like my money back as it is.
