Disappointed customer

I want to cancel a data contract. When I phone, they said I must send an email. Nobody respond to the emails. Then I phone again and again. Sending a lot of mails. No response. They told me the contract expires at the end of April 2021. I ask them to cancel it, but because none of them respond, it is not canceled. Lately can't they cancel the contract because no I owe money
