disappointed customer

i am soo disappointed with the service given by mtn i called in on the 2nd of July arranging for payment as my contract is handed over to the lawyers the consultant who assisted me did nothing called in today to do follow up nothing was done under my name and my rates keep on increasing. we had to redo everything over again :( :(
