disappointed client

I recently got a MTN contract, one of the benefits was that I will get once of 30 GB data . which has proved to be a mission to get . I first logged a case with their contact centre 1- ********** 2730. the girl who assisted was very rude and in my opinion had no idea of the product . after a few days of not getting any assistance . called the contact centre again , this time a male who did not care about my frustration told me that the case was closed because no one worked on it and I would have to scan and send to him all the contact pages he will also log another call and I "might" get the data , when I told him I couldn't do that as the contract has lots of pages and it would cost me to scan and email all those pages . he said then he cant help - when I told him I will take tis further he said ii should . from the interaction I have had with MTN it is clear that they don't value their costumers and their staff is rude and don't understand the concept of caring for their client - less than one month into my contract and I have had more than enough. why advertise that you give free data id its close to impossible to get it. I am very unhappy
