Disappointed
I have been years with MTN and from my upgrade I have been experiencing issue with MTN (Ref BA***). I pay you on time one month it goes well the next month you block my contract for what ever reason and then you ask fees to activate it again I paid extra to the account and still this **** is happening. I do not want a damn debit order I have a very good payment history why the hell do I have to struggle like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not ever recommend you again. People that is reading this do not go on contract with this network.

04 Jul 2024, 08:40It is actually very disappointing to take note on Hello Peter how bad MTN reviews is. They are here just to make money no service interest. Just to think how many businesses/people gives MTN input on the Stock Exchange and they do not delivery good services or products. It is all about money no interest for the customer making use of there services and products. This is not bothering MTN ??, DISAPPOINTING.
