Disappointed

I am not happy as to how my cellphone contract was declined without any explanation after I did everything and I was late to submit the documents needed however I did contact the call center asking as to how do i go about fixing that. The person i spoke to just said it was unsuccessful and he does not know what i should do ow since I had my documents
